The product7 questions
What is Loopya, concretely?
Loopya is the tool for Vinted resellers: it tells you what to buy and how much to pay to resell with a margin. You run a scan, and the engine analyses the market from Loopya's servers to surface the profitable filters - the ones whose median resale price on Vinted leaves a margin - with the max price to pay.
And it's not just a scanner: an item's resale value, V-tools & Kops filters in 1 click, a radar of the best resellers and tracking of your profits.
Is Loopya affiliated with Vinted?
No. Loopya is an independent third-party tool, with no commercial ties to Vinted.
Who is Loopya for?
For Vinted resellers, whatever the pace. Three typical profiles: the weekender (15-25 items/month), the serious side hustle (40-60), the full-timer (100-150). No particular technical skills needed.
Which categories are scanned?
14 categories: Bags, Clothing, Dresses, Women's jackets & coats, Men's jackets & coats, Jumpers & sweatshirts, Shoes, Men's sneakers, Beauty, Photo, Audio, Watches, Gaming, Phones. The engine searches Vinted live: different models every day, no fixed list.
What does Loopya run on?
Loopya runs directly in a recent browser, on desktop, tablet or phone. No software to install.
Is there any software to install?
No. Everything runs on our servers: you launch your scan or resale value from your browser (desktop or phone) and the results show up directly on your dashboard. Nothing to download, nothing to keep open.
How does Loopya track the profits of my filters?
When you copy a filter from a scan ("+ V-tools filter" button), Loopya tracks it automatically: it spots the listings it surfaces (the "cops"), detects your confirmed purchases on the V-tools side and estimates the profit of each one (median resale − price paid). The total "generated with Loopya" shows in "My filters", with nothing to type in by hand. It's an estimate (the median moves) - not a guarantee - and tracking applies to filters created through Loopya.
Models delivered & scans5 questions
How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 filter identified and dropped on your dashboard. Your plan includes a number of filters delivered per month (50, 150 or 500 for Discovery, Standard or Pro). Only models actually delivered cost 1 credit: a scan shorter than expected doesn't drain your balance.
Unused credits carry over to the next month, up to 2× your plan. Credits bought as a top-up do not count towards that cap.
What happens if a model is a false positive?
Write to us at contact@loopya.fr with the cases in question: it helps us fix the engine, and we look into your case.
How long does a scan take?
Usually a few minutes, depending on the category, the criteria chosen and the size of the market. The scan runs on Loopya's servers: you can follow its progress from your dashboard, with no software to keep open.
Does Loopya avoid models it has already shown?
Yes. Loopya remembers the models already delivered and favours new finds on later scans. It also groups variants of the same name to limit duplicates: you don't pay twice for the same find.
Can Loopya get a model wrong?
Yes - and that's why we tell you upfront. Extraction is reliable on common models but can stumble on very ambiguous or multilingual titles, or rare models.
The engine keeps improving with use. Always check the listing before buying - Loopya saves you time, it doesn't replace you.
Safety & Vinted5 questions
Could my Vinted account get banned?
Scans run in anonymous mode on Loopya's servers. No Vinted cookie or account is used: your personal account is never exposed by a scan.
Can Vinted block Loopya?
Yes, around 10 to 20% of scans may be temporarily blocked by DataDome (Vinted's anti-bot). It's about volume, not your account. Try again a few minutes later. And you're not charged for a blocked scan.
Do I need to connect a Vinted account?
No. Scans work without a cookie and without logging in to Vinted.
Is my Vinted data shared?
No. The anonymous scan doesn't log in to your Vinted account. Loopya only keeps the results needed for your dashboard (model, price and link), never your Vinted messages or history.
V-tools: what is it? Is it legal?
V-tools is a third-party service for creating monitoring filters on Vinted (alerts). Loopya lets you place filters there in 1 click from the filters it finds.
Connecting V-tools is optional and doesn't change how Loopya scans work, which stay anonymous server-side. As with any third-party service, use V-tools in line with its terms of use and Vinted's.
Payment & subscription5 questions
Is there a commitment?
No. Monthly, quarterly and annual plans carry no commitment beyond the period already paid and can be cancelled from your account. Your access stays active until the end of the current period.
Can I switch plans along the way?
Yes. Go to Settings → Change plan, pick your plan then check the proration shown before confirming. The change updates your existing subscription, no email to send.
How does payment work?
Secure card payment through Stripe. No bank details held by Loopya. You can cancel or change your payment method anytime from your account.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days. The Discovery trial gives you 20 filters and 5 resale values, enough to judge for yourself. A card is required but nothing is charged during those 7 days: you're billed on day 8, at the price of the plan you chose (€24.90/month, €63 per 3 months or €224 per year), and you can cancel anytime before. One trial per person (address, device, connection and card are checked; disposable addresses don't count).
There's no longer a free account without a card: the trial is the only way to test Loopya, and it gives far more than the old demo. After the 7 days, the Discovery plan carries on: full scanner, resale value and every category, 50 filters per month.
What if I want a refund?
Before payment, Loopya asks for your express consent to start the service without delay and for the applicable waiver of the right of withdrawal, in line with the terms displayed. If credits were spent on a filter that is clearly wrong or unusable, write to us: we look at every case (a goodwill gesture, never an entitlement).
